Leasing By the Bed or Renting By the Bed both refer to individual leases. We offer shared apartment living where each resident is responsible for his or her own rent portion.
At Lyons Corner, we offer roommate matching services to group individuals with those who share similar hobbies, habits, interests and lifestyles. We also try to accommodate those who already have plans to live together.
Parents or any other party may serve as the Guarantor on the lease in order to meet financial requirements. Both parties are required to fill out a Guaranty Form as responsible for paying the lease, should the tenant default on rent or any other financial obligations. The application is subject to credit approval. Proof of income over two consecutive months for Guarantor is required to process the application.
Residents can pay rent online via our Resident Portal. We also accept physical payments in the forms of personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Late fees are applied after the third day of each month, and a daily charge will accrue. Once rent is late, only certified funds will be accepted.
Our lease terms last a year, beginning in August and ending in July of the following year. The full term is divided into 12 equal rent installments. Payment is always due on the first day of every month.
Rent at Lyons Corner includes high-speed Internet, refuse and recycling, monthly pest control, and 24-hour maintenance.
Instructions for move-in day will be emailed in advance. Please report to the leasing office during your child's alotted time to pick up leasing paperwork and keys.
